Common decisionThe goal of personal assessment is to survey the compatibility of the candidate and the specified task set.

The starting points are the needs and challenges arising from the task field and the operating environment. Based on these, it specifies, together with the customer, what factors are critical for success and job satisfaction in the position concerned.

Assessment is used to broadly survey the candidate’s expectations and motivation and the operating methods and qualities significant based on the criteria. The goal is to find the best possible compatibility between the criteria for the position and the candidate’s qualities, expectations and abilities.

Personal assessment supports the mutual selection decision and provides the customer with information to guide and support the person selected for the position. The candidate can utilize the results as a tool for his or her professional development.

Is the assessment part of a resource survey?

Resource survey analyzes broadly the participant’s professional goals and abilities in relation to the career paths available in the organization. The results can be utilized in, for example, formulating the participant’s responsibilities or planning the participant’s competence development and direction of his or her career.
