Reporting and Feedback

Feedback provides support for decision making.

The customer organization receives written feedback from the personal assessment (link to the personal assessment main page) and an oral consultation usually within one week of the assessment. Upon request, the person who participated in the assessment may receive feedback from the consultant in charge as agreed.

The feedback is intended as information in support of your decisions, but it can also be a means of improving your skills and advancing your career. You can agree to receive feedback with your consultant in connection with the interview or separately later.
