The program of the assessment day varies by person

The assessment day starts at 8:45 am, unless otherwise agreed. The occasion lasts 4-8 hours and includes lunch and any other agreed breaks. You need not prepare for the assessment day, although a resumé and testimonials may be useful when providing information on past employment.

First, the program for the day will be explained to you. The assessment always includes an interview by the consultant in charge, and in connection with this you will also discuss your opportunity to receive personal feedback.

The rest of the program includes various tasks, such as psychological tests, filling out forms, data processing tasks, and work simulations. These form a comprehensive picture of your motivation, career plans, working methods, and interpersonal skills.  In the beginning of each task and situation, their objective is explained and the necessary instructions are given.

Tasks can be completed beforehand

Before the actual assessment day, you will receive a link to the preliminary assignments by email. Using the PsycOnline system, you can complete part of the tasks already beforehand at a time that best suits you. Because the number of tasks varies based on the situation, you should reserve enough time for answering (30–90 minutes) All information provided by you will be delivered in strict confidence to the consultant responsible for the assessment. The customer organization will not have access to the information. You will receive clear instructions in connection with each form and survey sent to you.

If you are unable to provide your answer to the remote assignments due to technical difficulties, you can complete the tasks on your personal assignment day at our office

Our aim is to conduct the assessment as individually as possible and from a variety of different angles. Our skilled staff and wide range of methods ensure a comprehensive and reliable assessment. Conclusions are not drawn mechanically from individual psychological tests or other single assessment methods. This limits the impact of any inadvertent mistakes on your part.
