

Resource survey is a functional tool when an organization has a need to survey the current state of its competence and to assess its existing potential and recruitment needs to ensure success also in the future.
Resource survey can be utilized both at the individual and at the group level. It can be utilized, for example, for potential surveys of large groups, from expert to superior evaluations, reorganization situations, and to recognize the organization’s most important development and training needs.
Psycon’s resource survey utilizes psychological personal assessments. The customer receives an extensive summary based on the assessments. In addition to individual-level information, the summary includes a graphic map of the group’s internal potential and compiles the organization’s revealed strengths and development targets. Furthermore, the organization’s overall results are compared to more extensive data. The results are discussed with the participants in a personal, instructive manner.
The material of the resource survey can be utilized in, for example, resourcing, development discussions, and planning training activities.
