Re-employment consultation

The goal of re-employment consultation is to promote the re-employment employees under threat of termination in redundancy situations. The content of the consultation program is tailored to match the need and situation at hand. In re-employment consultation, the regaining of the participants’ resources are supported, personal strengths and development needs are mapped, the skills for searching for a job are developed, the optional career plans are created and the creation of individual action plan is supported.

Psycon's re-employment consultation supports the organization in following through the change situation and in maintaining a responsible company image in the face of cooperation procedure and termination situations.
