Psycon Trainees start at the beginning of February

At the end of 2011, Psycon searched for people interested in getting to know the HR business, recruiting, personal assessments as well as management and leadership assessments. During the trainee year, they would acquaint themselves with these areas and be able to improve their skills to become multiple talents.

We were pleased to receive ample interest in our company. In the end, from the applicants we chose two trainees. Minna Aspnäs will get acquainted with personal assessments while Essi Järvinen will orient herself to management and leadership assessments.

The yearlong trainee program includes working in Psycon’s different business activities mainly in our Helsinki office. In addition, the trainees will be able to observe the work of our first-class professionals and network with them.  Each trainee has a personal mentor who will support their professional development during the trainee year. Our goal is to offer meaningful challenges also after the trainee year is over.

 We wish Minna and Essi a rewarding year with Psycon!
